# True North Aerospace & Defence

> True North provides aerospace program planning, engineering capacity planning, and execution coordination for aerospace suppliers, engineering directors, and program directors.

The practice supports program definition, execution, certification coordination, and completion. Work can include requirements and change tracking; integrated schedules; resource and budget reprioritization; supplier coordination; and test, review, and evidence milestones. Reports, presentations, dashboards, stakeholder meetings, and executive briefs support ongoing program decisions.

Engineering resource planning accounts for experience levels, specific subject matter experts and reviewers, and shared commitments across programs. The resource-planning examples on the website are illustrative, not client data or performance results.

Certification support is coordination and evidence preparation. Technical decisions and final approvals remain with the responsible authorized specialists.
