Plan with the people
the work actually needs

A credible delivery plan connects each work package to its required expertise, review responsibilities, and real availability. It also recognises when the same specialists support several programs.

CERTIFICATION & REVIEW

Include the review work
in the resource plan

Preparation, checking, specialist input, and technical approvals all need time and the appropriate people. Define the Drafter, Checker, and DAD requirements for the work package, then confirm the review windows and dependencies with the responsible team.

Carry certification evidence, test activities, and outstanding decisions into the schedule. When requirements or availability change, revisit the resource assumptions and the affected milestones.

True North provides planning and coordination. Engineering sign-off and certification approvals remain with the responsible authorised specialists and authorities.
