TRUE NORTH / WEBSITE PRIVACY
Your information,
handled clearly
This page describes booking and contact on this website. Last updated October 17, 2026.
Scheduling through Calendly
The booking section uses the existing True North B2B Calendly event. When you approach the scheduler, this page loads Calendly's script and booking calendar. You can also open the same event directly on Calendly.
Booking details you enter are submitted to Calendly. Calendly processes the scheduling information and makes the booking available to True North through the connected account. Its Privacy Notice explains its handling of personal data, service providers, and your choices.
This website does not copy your booking fields into its own database or browser storage. It listens for Calendly's confirmation message to display the scheduled state. It does not log or send the booking payload to an analytics service.
Information to include
Please provide a high-level description of the program, constraint, or decision you would like to discuss. Do not include confidential engineering documents, controlled technical data, or sensitive personal information in the initial booking or enquiry.
Email correspondence
Email links open your configured email application. If you send an enquiry, True North receives the information included in your message and can use it to respond and discuss the potential assignment. Your email provider handles the message under its own privacy practices.
Contact us at info@truenorthb2b.com with questions about information you have shared with True North or to request its deletion. Any applicable record-keeping obligations may affect what can be deleted.
Cookies and technical information
The site's own code does not set application cookies or include an advertising or analytics collector. The embedded Calendly service may use cookies and process technical information under its own policies. Calendly's available cookie controls remain enabled in the scheduler.
The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information, such as IP addresses, request times, and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. Site fonts and images are served with the website; the scheduler and its resources are provided by Calendly.

Links to Calendly, the main True North website, and other external services lead to services with their own privacy practices.
